How we grade them

2.0GPASalesRabbitFair2.6GPAZoho CRMGood
Value for money
DGraded against its own alternatives, as it's a field sales tool. Pro is $49 a user a month billed yearly ($75 monthly), about twice Salesforce's $25 and over three times Pipedrive's $14. Every paid account also needs a setup package with no published price, on a 1 to 3 year contract.
CStandard is $14 a person a month on yearly billing, at the low end of ordinary for this category and well under what HubSpot or Salesforce charge. It isn't a stripped plan either: workflows, cadences, forecasting and AI agents are in. Pay monthly and it's $20, and tax is extra.
Free plan and trial
CLite is free for good for one person on a phone, with the lead map, appointments and routes. But there's no web app, no team, and leads left untouched for 90 days are deleted. No trial of the paid plans.
BFree for up to 3 users with 5,000 records, 1 GB of files, lead, contact and deal management and the phone apps, no card needed. A tiny team could really live on that. The walls are 5 workflow automations and standard reports only.
Features
CIt does the canvassing job fully: lead maps, territories, rep tracking, routes, setter-to-closer booking and gamification. That's a smaller job than a CRM's, though, and buyer scores, mover leads and digital contracts are paid add-ons.
BLeads, contacts and deals, workflows, follow-up cadences, forecasting, dashboards, the Zia AI assistant and record pages you can redesign without code. The whole CRM job, though it's spread over four paid editions: quoting and inventory on Professional, territories and portals on Enterprise.
Ease of use
CNo App Store rating on record. Every paid account comes with a required implementation package, which tells you there's real setting up before the team is knocking.
C4.4 from about 2,700 App Store ratings, fair rather than good. The phone apps do add and edit records offline and sync when you're back, and they'll scan a business card, but working out which edition holds which feature is a job in itself.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, Zapier and an API on Pro. There's no desktop app, which keeps it off an A.
BWeb, iPhone, iPad and Android, with no desktop app. It connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Teams, Zoom, Mailchimp, QuickBooks and Zapier, and there's an API.
