How we grade them

Value for money
DStarter Suite is $25 a seat, the middle for this category. Then it quadruples: quoting and forecasting wait for Pro Suite at $100 a seat on an annual contract, where the API is another $25 a seat unless you go up to Core at $195. Max is $550.
DGraded against its own alternatives, as it's a field sales tool. Pro is $49 a user a month billed yearly ($75 monthly), about twice Salesforce's $25 and over three times Pipedrive's $14. Every paid account also needs a setup package with no published price, on a 1 to 3 year contract.
Free plan and trial
BThe Free Suite covers 2 people with leads, opportunities, cases, reports and up to 100 marketing emails a month, no card needed, which two people could genuinely live on. Two seats is tight for a sales team, and you have to log in every 60 days to keep it.
CLite is free for good for one person on a phone, with the lead map, appointments and routes. But there's no web app, no team, and leads left untouched for 90 days are deleted. No trial of the paid plans.
Features
ALeads, accounts, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, territories, drag-and-drop automation, dashboards and Agentforce AI agents: nothing else in this category reaches as far, and firms build their own apps on top of it. Note how much of it starts at Pro Suite or higher.
CIt does the canvassing job fully: lead maps, territories, rep tracking, routes, setter-to-closer booking and gamification. That's a smaller job than a CRM's, though, and buyer scores, mover leads and digital contracts are paid add-ons.
Ease of use
B4.75 from about 353,000 App Store ratings, a score that would normally take our top mark. What holds it back is on record too: Hacker News commenters call the platform overly complex, and reviewers say the phone app buries everyday actions several steps deep.
CNo App Store rating on record. Every paid account comes with a required implementation package, which tells you there's real setting up before the team is knocking.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, iPhone, iPad and Android, with a browser extension from Pro Suite but no desktop app. Every edition connects to Slack, and it works with Tableau, Gmail, Outlook and MuleSoft. There's an API, included from Core and an extra $25 a seat on Pro Suite.
BWeb, iPhone and Android, with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Zoho, JobNimbus, AccuLynx, CompanyCam, Zapier and an API on Pro. There's no desktop app, which keeps it off an A.
