Value for money
CStandard is $24 a member a month on yearly billing, about typical. But deals, email sequences, dashboards and API access are only on Premium at $48, which is a lot to pay for things many CRMs treat as basics. Enrichments and messages are capped each month too.
CPro is $49 a user a month on yearly billing, about double the $24 or so that's typical, and $59 monthly. Automations, Zapier, direct integrations and advanced reports need Pro+ at $69. Everyone on a team has to be on the same plan, with no cheaper view-only seat.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The 14-day trial gives you Premium features and doesn't ask for a card. After that it's a paid subscription, and folk's terms say fees aren't refunded.
BFree for good, but it's the email tools: open and link tracking, snippets and 50 mail merge sends a day. There are no CRM pipelines on it at all. To see those you get a 14-day trial of Pro+, with 1,000 AI credits.
Features
AA Chrome extension that saves contacts from LinkedIn, sync for Gmail, Outlook, calendars and WhatsApp, enrichment for missing emails and numbers, pipelines, email campaigns and four AI assistants. Deals, custom objects, sequences and dashboards round it out, on Premium.
BPrivate and shared pipelines in the inbox with custom fields, email history shared across the team, mail merge, and AI that sums up a deal. Solid. But it works only with Gmail, and automations and advanced reports wait for Pro+.
Ease of use
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. Contacts come in from LinkedIn, your inbox and WhatsApp, so you aren't typing them in by hand.
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. You add an extension and the pipelines turn up in the inbox you already know. One snag: account setup has to be finished in a desktop browser, not on the phone.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone, Android and a Chrome extension. It connects to Gmail, Outlook, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Google Calendar, Zapier, Make and PandaDoc. There's an API, but only from Premium.
AA browser extension for Chrome, Safari and Edge, plus iPhone, iPad and Android apps. It connects to Google Calendar, Drive and Sheets, Slack, Calendly and Zapier, with API webhooks on Pro+. It's Gmail or nothing, mind: no Outlook.
