Value for money
CStarter Suite is $25 a seat, about what a CRM usually costs. Then it quadruples. Quoting and forecasting wait for Pro Suite at $100 a seat on an annual contract, and the API is another $25 a seat there unless you go up to Core at $195.
ACloud Pro is $9 a user a month on yearly billing, or $12 monthly, when paid CRMs here start at about $24 in the middle. And it isn't stripped: unlimited records and custom objects, workflows, AI agents and the API are all in. SSO and audit logs need Organization at $19.
Free plan and trial
BThe Free Suite covers 2 people with leads, opportunities, cases, reports and up to 100 marketing emails a month, no card needed. Two seats is tight for a sales team, and you have to log in at least once every 60 days to keep it free.
BThe open-source core is free on your own servers, with full customisation, custom apps and up to 5 workspaces. But that means hosting it yourself with community support. The cloud has no free plan, only a 30-day trial that doesn't need a card.
Features
ALeads, accounts, opportunities, quotes, forecasting, territories, drag-and-drop automation, dashboards, and Agentforce AI agents on the top edition. That's the whole job and then some. Just note how much of it starts at Pro Suite or higher.
ACustom objects with more than 20 field types, table, kanban and calendar views of anything, a visual workflow builder, Google and Microsoft email and calendar sync, AI agents that work within your permissions, and REST and GraphQL APIs that follow your own data model. That's deep.
Ease of use
B4.75 from about 353,000 App Store ratings, which would normally be an A. But Hacker News commenters call the platform overly complex, and reviewers say the phone app buries everyday actions several steps deep.
BNo rating on record, so a B is our ceiling, and that's for the cloud, which Twenty hosts for you. It's aimed at technical teams, and designing your own data model is real work. The free route adds a server to run.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, iPhone, iPad and Android, plus a browser extension from Pro Suite. Every edition connects to Slack, and it works with Tableau, Gmail, Outlook and MuleSoft. There's an API, but it's included from Core and costs extra on Pro Suite.
BIt's a web app, and our listing has no phone or desktop app. It connects to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 and Zapier, and cloud workspaces come with an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. The API is on every plan, limited to 50 calls a minute on Pro.
