How we grade them

2.2GPABugHerdFair3.2GPAJiraVery good
Value for money
CGraded against its own alternatives. Standard is $42 a month billed yearly ($50 monthly) for up to 5 members; split five ways that's about what Jira or Linear charge a seat, with clients commenting free. One person pays the full $42, and Jira and Asana links need Premium at $125.
CStandard is $9.70 a user a month billed monthly since October 13, 2026, above this category's $8 middle. Annual billing saves about 18% but is sold in fixed tiers of 10, 15, 25 or 50 users, so you pay for seats you may not fill.
Free plan and trial
CA 7-day free trial with no credit card needed, enough to run one round of client feedback on a real site. There's no free plan after that.
BFree for up to 10 users with 2 GB of file storage and community support, which a small team could genuinely run on. The caps are real, though: 2 GB of files, and 150 automation steps for the whole subscription rather than per person.
Features
CIt does visual feedback fully: click-to-comment on live pages with screenshots and browser details, plus Figma designs, PDFs, text edits and video, all landing on a kanban board. That's a much smaller job than running projects, though.
ABoards, lists, a timeline and a calendar, workflows each team shapes itself, bug tracking wired to Bitbucket and GitHub, rule-based automation, plans and goals and Rovo AI. On top of that the Marketplace lists over 3,000 integrations, which nothing else here can match. Advanced planning needs Premium.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record. Clients just click and type, but first you add a script to each site or have reviewers install the extension, then set up projects and members.
A4.7 on the App Store from 40,574 ratings, which is a big crowd agreeing. Someone still has to sit down and decide your team's statuses and steps, because the workflows are yours to define.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, with extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, sending tasks to Trello, Slack, GitHub and Zapier on every plan and Jira, Asana, Linear and ClickUp on Premium. No phone apps.
BWeb, iPhone and Android, and no desktop app, which is what keeps it off the top mark. It connects to Bitbucket, GitHub, Jenkins and Slack, to Copilot, Claude and Cursor, and there's an API behind the Marketplace.
