How we grade them

Value for money
CGraded against its own alternatives. Standard is $42 a month billed yearly ($50 monthly) for up to 5 members; split five ways that's about what Jira or Linear charge a seat, with clients commenting free. One person pays the full $42, and Jira and Asana links need Premium at $125.
BStandard is $5 a user a month billed annually, which lands inside the cheap quarter for project tools here, and brings unlimited boards, AI features, the full Planner and custom fields. Premium doubles that to $10 just for the extra views.
Free plan and trial
CA 7-day free trial with no credit card needed, enough to run one round of client feedback on a real site. There's no free plan after that.
BA free plan a small team could really live on: up to 10 collaborators a Workspace, 10 boards, unlimited cards and unlimited Power-Ups. Not an A, because the caps do bite: 10MB a file and 250 automation command runs a month.
Features
CIt does visual feedback fully: click-to-comment on live pages with screenshots and browser details, plus Figma designs, PDFs, text edits and video, all landing on a kanban board. That's a much smaller job than running projects, though.
CIt does boards, lists and cards about as well as anyone, with an Inbox catching to-dos from email and Slack and automation built in, but the job is a lighter one than this category's. Calendar, Timeline, Table and Dashboard views are Premium only, and no dependencies or time tracking are on record.
Ease of use
CNo store rating on record. Clients just click and type, but first you add a script to each site or have reviewers install the extension, then set up projects and members.
C4.3 from about 7,000 App Store ratings, which is middling, and our ladder wants 10,000 behind a 4.3 before it counts for more. The idea itself is as simple as they come: a card moves from one list to the next.
Platforms and integrations
BWeb, with extensions for Chrome, Firefox, Edge and Safari, sending tasks to Trello, Slack, GitHub and Zapier on every plan and Jira, Asana, Linear and ClickUp on Premium. No phone apps.
AThe full set: web, Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android, with Power-Ups linking boards to Slack, Jira, Miro, Microsoft Teams and Gmail, a public API, and an MCP server for AI tools.
