Value for money
CBasic is $23 a seat a month paid annually, which is typical for a CRM. But it stops at 2,500 contacts, and workflow automation, bulk email, reporting and integrations are listed from Professional at $59. Unlimited contacts means Business at $99.
BGrowth is $29 a user a month on yearly billing, a bit over the $24 or so that's typical, and $39 monthly. The automatic data entry, tracking and email campaigns are all in it. Workflows of several emails, permissions and custom dashboards need Pro at $49. Prices are from an archived copy of the pricing page.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The trial is 14 days and doesn't ask for a card, so it costs nothing to find out whether it suits your inbox.
CNo free plan. There's a free trial of up to 30 days, and the archived pricing page says no credit card is required. After that it's paid per user.
Features
BPipelines for sales and for the project work after the sale, task and workflow automation, email templates, bulk email, email series and business card scanning on the phone. Solid. But it's built around Google Workspace, so a team on Outlook loses the main trick.
AIt gathers contacts from emails, signatures and social profiles, logs emails, meetings and calls, tracks opens, clicks and site visits, runs visual pipelines and sends email campaigns. AI sums up a customer's timeline and suggests follow-ups. That's the whole B2B sales job.
Ease of use
A4.7 from about 450 App Store ratings, an A on our ladder. It sits inside Gmail and Google Calendar and syncs your email, contacts, events and Drive files for you, so there's little to set up.
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is our ceiling. The point of it is less typing: customer timelines stay current without manual entry, and it works from where you already are, in Gmail, Outlook or LinkedIn.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, iPhone, Android and a Chrome extension for Gmail and Google Calendar. It links to Google Drive, Slack, Mailchimp, QuickBooks, DocuSign and Zapier, and there's an API. Integrations are listed from the Professional plan, though.
AWeb, iPhone, Android and sidebars for Gmail, Outlook and LinkedIn. The phone apps are described as the full CRM, with business card scanning. It connects to Google Workspace, Zapier, Make, ChatGPT and Claude, and there's an API.

Sales pipelines
Drag-and-drop pipelines show where each opportunity stands, with customizable stages and pipeline templates. Revenue tracking tools are part of the Professional plan.

Mobile apps
The iOS and Android apps log calls and texts against records, turn a photo of a business card into a contact and send notifications for assignments, mentions and upcoming tasks.
