Value for money
BBasic is $6 a user a month billed annually, or $8 monthly, a bit under what's typical here. But it comes with 1 template and 1 custom field, and the workload view needs Standard at $12. The AI is a separate add-on from $18 a user on top.
CThe cheapest combination is $17 per user a month billed annually, $20 monthly, and that's only time tracking and invoicing. Tasks, projects, time and resourcing together are $29, and all eight apps are $57. With a 5-user minimum on top, it's well above what project tools usually cost.
Free plan and trial
CNo free plan. The 14-day free trial asks for no payment information and doesn't renew by itself, which is the decent way to do it. After that, every internal team member needs a paid licence.
CThere's no free plan. You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card required, and then every combination needs at least 5 paid seats.
Features
AKanban boards, lists and timelines with dependencies, a planner that works out free hours from working hours, absences and synced calendars, time tracking against project and retainer budgets, and automations set up without code.
AEight apps on one set of data: tasks with a Kanban board, projects with a Gantt chart and dependencies, time tracking, resource bookings, sales, quotes with margin planning, expenses and invoicing. There's an AI assistant called ELI, an API and an MCP server as well.
Ease of use
BThere's no App Store rating on record for it, so a B is as high as we go. Each plan comes with a recommended team size, from 1 to 5 users on Basic, which makes choosing one simpler.
CNo app rating on record, and there's a fair bit to set up: you choose which of the eight apps to buy before you start. Self-onboarding is free only for teams of up to 15. Bigger ones are pointed to onboarding packages run by Scoro's experts.
Platforms and integrations
AWeb, Mac, Windows, iPhone and Android. It connects to Slack, Microsoft Teams, Google Calendar, Microsoft Exchange, Zapier, Make, Personio and Xero, and there's a public API.
AWeb, iPhone and Android. It connects to Xero, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Google Calendar and Zapier, and both platforms come with an API and an MCP server. Some integrations cost extra, mind.
