Unlimited project hierarchy

Projects nest inside one another without a depth limit, and a single task can belong to several projects. Both are included on every plan.

Action Required

Alongside the usual assignee, each task names the team member responsible for the next action, which makes hand-offs and bottlenecks visible.

Time tracking and reports

Time tracking, reports and advanced analytics come with Professional. The Free plan has dashboards and basic analytics only.

Resource planning and finance

The Business plan adds workload and resource management, a finance module, expense tracking and project baselines.

Automations and API

Unlimited automations, recurring tasks and events, webhooks and the GoodDay API are part of Professional, alongside a Zapier connection.
